Rick Arnold

Rick serves as Altos’ General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Before joining Altos, Rick served as the General Counsel and Secretary of Silver Spring Networks (NYSE: SSNI) through its merger with Itron (NASDAQ: ITRI). Prior to Silver Spring, Rick was with Hewlett-Packard and prior to that was an attorney at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati. Rick is a member of the State Bar of California and received a JD/MBA from Duke University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy.
