Nina Cronstedt

Nina Cronstedt serves as the Group Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Verisure since November 2018, leading a team of over 100 professionals in legal, IP, data privacy, compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory affairs. Previously, Nina held various legal leadership roles at Nestlé from November 2013 to October 2018, including General Counsel & Vice President for multiple divisions, and at Philip Morris International from May 2004 to October 2013, where responsibilities included Assistant General Counsel for the EEMA Region. Earlier career experiences include roles at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, Linklaters, Norton Rose Group, the European Commission, and Mannheimer Swartling. Nina holds an LLM from the University of Cambridge and a Jur kand from Stockholm University.
