Vivi Cahyadi Himmel

Vivi Cahyadi Himmel is the CEO and Co-Founder of AltoVita. Vivi has an extensive background in investments and real estate, having worked as the CEO and Board of Director for PGP Land, where they managed a portfolio of over $100m residential, commercial and industrial assets across the UK, Australia, Japan and Indonesia for a family office. Prior to PGP Land, Vivi worked as an Investment Banking Associate for Lehman Brothers, where they specialized in Corporate Finance, mainly in Real Estate and Media sectors. Notable transactions during their time at Lehman Brothers include advising SK Chemicals on leveraged acquisition of TheFaceShop – the third largest cosmetics retailer in Korea (purchase consideration of ~US$400 million) – and US$238 million High Yield Offering for PT Davomas Abadi (via US$125 million offering followed by two retaps of US$25 million and US$88 million).

Vivi has a proven track record in identifying and acquiring undervalued / distressed assets and turning these assets into cash-flowing & attractive assets for a minimum IRR of 20%. Her experience in end-to-end deal execution – from client management to due diligence to preparing management presentations – makes their an invaluable asset to AltoVita.

Vivi Cahyadi Himmel has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Vivi is certified by the ABRSM in Piano DipABRSM (Diploma of The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music) and by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in WSET Level 2 and 3.
