Jennifer McLaren has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1997 as an Experienced Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen. Jennifer then worked as a Finance Manager at Event Zero from 2000 to 2001. From 2001 to 2003, they were a Senior Financial Analyst - Capital Portfolio at Softbank Holdings Inc. McLaren joined Timberland in 2003 and held multiple roles including Global FP&A Analyst, NA Consumer Direct Controller & Portfolio Brands, and North America CFO. Jennifer then joined Smartwool in 2011 and served as CFO before becoming President & CEO in 2018. Currently, they are the President of Altra & GM of North America Key Accounts at Altra Running, a VF Company.
Jennifer McLaren attended the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
