Matt MacKenzie

Matt Mackenzie has over 8 years of experience in the advertising industry. Matt currently holds the position of Associate Creative Director at Altra Running, a VF Company since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Copywriter at Formerly Known As from April 2020 to July 2022. From February 2019 to April 2020, they worked as a Copywriter at HelloFresh. Before that, they gained experience as a Copywriter at Grey Group from January 2016 to February 2019. Matt also worked as a Copywriter Intern at Grey Group and BRUNNERWORKS in 2015 and 2014 respectively.

Matt Mackenzie attended Penn State University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English, Professional and Media Writing. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2011, they studied at Bedford School and received an International Baccalaureate with a focus on English, Economics, and Biology. In addition to their formal education, Matt obtained several certifications, including Product Marketing Foundations, Content Marketing Foundations, and Online Marketing Foundations from Lynda.com. Matt also holds a USA Rugby Coaching Certification from USA Rugby, which they received in January 2016.
