Lavinia Gauthier

Lavinia Gauthier currently serves as the Group Financial Controller & Treasury at ALTRAD, overseeing financial analysis and reporting for subsidiaries and the group, including cash budget development and KPI reporting. Since May 2017, Lavinia has been instrumental in implementing group tools and procedures for newly acquired subsidiaries and has managed major IT projects such as the integration of new BI software. Prior experience includes the role of International Financial Controller at Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, focusing on international project cost analysis and country taxation systems, as well as financial controlling for foreign subsidiaries. Lavinia began a career in finance with a financial and administrative role at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. Gauthier holds a Master 2 in Contrôle de gestion et Audit from Université de Haute-Alsace and a Licence in Commerce international from the University of Strasbourg.
