Mike Smith

Mike Smith is an experienced ICT professional with a career spanning over 19 years. Currently serving as Group ICT Director at ALTRAD since September 2019, Mike previously held the position of Group ICT Operations Manager at Hertel from June 2004 to August 2019, where responsibilities included managing Service Desk, On-Site Support, System Administration, and Database Administration functions. Mike's earlier roles at Hertel included ICT Service Desk Manager and ICT Service Desk Team Leader in the U.K., contributing to the support of the Hertel UK ICT Infrastructure. Mike holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Studies from Teesside University, completed in 2007.
