Richard Cook

Richard Cook has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Richard is currently working at ALTRAD as the Group Fixed Asset Management & Procurement Director since March 2023. Prior to that, they held various positions at ALTRAD including Group Head of Assets & Procurement from September 2020 to present, and Group Head of Assets from January 2018 to September 2020. Before joining ALTRAD, Cook worked at Cape plc as the Group Head of Assets from July 2014 to January 2018 and as the UK Head of Cape Plant & Assets from March 2013 to July 2014. Richard also served as the UK Fleet Operations Manager at Cape plc from January 2007 to March 2013. Additionally, Cook has prior experience at McCarthy's of Leeds as an Operations Manager from May 2005 to January 2007, at THE SHIRES REMOVAL GROUP LIMITED as a Fleet Engineer from March 2001 to April 2005, at STE Developments as a Vehicle & Plant Maintenance Manager from June 1999 to March 2001, and at Longley Farm as an HGV Mechanic from May 1986 to June 1999.

Richard Cook attended Holmfirth High School from 1982 to 1986. Richard also attended Huddersfield Technical College, but the timeframe and details of their education there are not provided.
