Emma Schippers

Emma Schippers is a dedicated psychologist in training with extensive experience in various clinical settings. Currently, Emma holds positions at Altrecht and Stichting voor Bijzondere Tandheelkunde, focusing on becoming a GZ-psychologist. Previous roles include working as a psychologist at PSYTREC, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of complex PTSD through exposure therapy and EMDR therapy, and as part of the expert teams on anxiety and trauma at Antes. Emma has also contributed to the field of addiction at Antes and served as a psychologist in training at PsyQ. Volunteer experiences include supporting clients through various roles at Stichting Humanitas Rotterdam en Rijnmond and facilitating activities for residents at Parnassia. Emma earned a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam, complemented by a minor in Global Poverty at the International Institute of Social Studies.
