Lena V. has a diverse work experience that spans over 18 years. Lena started their career as a Store Manager at Charlotte Russe in 2003, where they managed multiple stores in Hawaii and led teams of up to 75 employees. Their responsibilities included implementing product strategies, marketing collaborations, and developing people strategies. Lena then worked as a Benefits Specialist at Hawaii Human Resources - HiHR from 2013 to 2015. Lena currently works as a simplicityHR Human Resources Specialist at ALTRES since 2016.
Lena V. has pursued their education at the University of Hawaii-West Oahu, where they are currently working towards a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they attended Leeward Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management.
