Junar Manaois has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as General Manager Operations at Altria Call Center since January 2019, where responsibilities include staff recruitment and training, operational system improvements, financial data analysis, budget management, and ensuring legal compliance. Prior to this role, Junar held a similar position at DMM Eikaiwa and worked in various capacities such as English Teacher, Order Processor, and Technical Support Representative across multiple organizations, including The Coca-Cola Company and VXI Global Solutions. Additionally, Junar possesses a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Southeastern Philippines and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at Holy Cross of Davao College, Inc.
