Alisia Daily

Alisia Daily, PhD, serves as a Senior Manager in Regulatory Affairs at Altria, a position held since January 2004. Previously, Alisia worked as an Assistant to the City Attorney for the City of Richmond, Virginia, from April 2002 to January 2004, and as a Paralegal at Wright, Robinson, Osthimer & Tatum from March 2000 to April 2002. Alisia holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy obtained from Virginia Commonwealth University between 2005 and 2014, a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy from the same university completed in 2003, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Virginia, earned in 1998.
