Julia Morales

Julia Morales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service management and digital workplace services. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Altria since March 2017, Julia has held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Manager of IS Transition Services and Service Delivery Manager for IT Service Management. Prior experience includes a position at CompuCom as Configuration Manager and SLM Process Design, where Julia specialized in configuration and asset management. At Rockwell Automation, Julia led the ITSM Governance & Integration team, ensuring effective management of IT service processes. Julia also worked at General Dynamics Information Technology, establishing processes for Service Asset and Configuration Management. Julia holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Kaplan University.
