Lee A. Murphy Jr., MBA, has over a decade of experience in information technology project management within Altria, currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager. In this role, Lee leads agile teams to develop analytic solutions for Altria Group Distribution Company’s sales organization and has successfully implemented significant improvements, including onboarding a virtual event platform and dismantling a legacy category management system, yielding considerable cost savings. Additionally, Lee is the Founder and CEO of Lifting Minorities and served as Vice Chairman of the Board for Equality Through Technology, a nonprofit focused on empowering underprivileged youth through technology education. Lee holds an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.S. in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
