Mariana Hess

Mariana Hess boasts extensive experience in human resources and analytics, having held various managerial and analytical roles at Altria from June 2007 to the present, including Retired-Manager HR Reporting & People Analytics and Senior Specialist HR Reporting. Prior experience includes serving as a Trustee on the Board of Directors at Quill Theatre, and working as a Sr Analyst at Avient Corporation, following the company's evolution from Geon Co to Polyone Corp. Earlier in her career, Mariana held positions such as HR Systems Project Leader at OfficeMax and Manager HR Systems & Operations at Cleveland Clinic, contributing to the Fairview Health System. Mariana began as a Sr. Consultant at Capgemini, preceded by Systemation Inc. Educationally, Mariana holds an M.B.A. in Business and Human Resources and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, both from Ohio University, and is a graduate of West Technical High School.
