Altria
Megan Witherspoon serves as Vice President, Communications for Altria Client Services. In this role, she leads communications and engagement strategies across multiple audiences on behalf of the Altria family of companies.
Previously, Megan served as Senior Director, Brand Management at Philip Morris USA, where she led brand equity and digital marketing for Marlboro. Prior to this role, Megan served as Senior Director, Financial Communications on the Investor Relations team and Senior Manager, Strategy and Business Development, leading Altria's strategic planning processes.
Since joining the Altria family of companies in 2004, Megan has held a variety of corporate responsibility and community relations roles within Altria Client Services.
Megan currently serves on the Board of Directors for the James River Association, where she chairs the Marketing and Membership Committee. Megan received a Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Georgia and a bachelor's degree in studio art from James Madison University.
