Olivier Houpert

Olivier Houpert has extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as Chief Innovation and Product Officer at Altria since May 2022. Prior to this role, Olivier contributed to Procter & Gamble for nearly three decades, holding various leadership positions including Vice President of Research and Development and Site Leader of the P&G Brussels Innovation Center. Olivier has directed multiple global R&D efforts in dish care and packaging development, achieving significant innovations and financial contributions to major brands. Early career experiences include serving as a process engineer at Technip Group, focusing on equipment design for oil refining. Olivier holds BSc/MSc degrees in Chemical Engineering from Ecole Nationale du Pétrole et des Moteurs and Grenoble INP - UGA.
