Oscar Stern

Oscar Stern, MSSCM, CSCP, is an experienced professional in operations excellence and supply chain management, currently serving as Senior Manager, Operations Excellence and Strategy at Altria since November 2012. Previously held several senior management positions at Altria, including roles in product commercialization and manufacturing logistics. Oscar has also contributed to APICS Richmond as Treasurer since July 2018 and served as President from July 2011 to June 2013, managing the local chapter. Prior experience includes managing supply chain operations at WestRock Company and directing purchasing at Republic National Distributing Company. Oscar holds a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and a B Comm Hons in Economics/Finance from the University of Johannesburg.
