Pauline Marcq

Pauline Marcq, PhD, has extensive experience in flavor chemistry and product development, currently serving as Director of Innovative Product Development at Altria since January 2011. Prior roles at Altria include Senior Manager/Principal Scientist II in Flavor Design and Maintenance and Reduced Risk Product Development, among others, showcasing expertise in cross-functional project management and sensory sciences. Pauline began a research career at Altria in November 2005 and previously worked as a Research Trainee at Alpha MOS. Academic credentials include a PhD in Flavor Chemistry from the Technical University of Munich, and multiple degrees in Food Science, Analytical Chemistry, and Biochemistry from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III and Franklin & Marshall College.
