Steve Fitzpatrick has over two decades of experience in marketing services and customer operations. Currently serving as Supplier Manager in Marketing Services at Altria since 2002, Steve collaborates with Program Execution teams to develop strategies for Brand Marketing programs. Previous positions include Manager of Marketing Customer Service at Altria, Consultant at Lucent Technologies, and Vice President of Operations and Customer Service at UConnections.com, among others. Steve also held roles at AT&T and Lucent Technologies where responsibilities encompassed credit management, quality assurance, and customer service operations. Steve holds an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
