Troy Jackson, MBA, CAPM, has over 20 years of extensive experience in information technology and supply chain management. Currently serving as Principal Information Technology Analyst at Altria since May 2000, Troy has previously held roles including Lead Information Technology Analyst, Technical Analyst, and Associate Technical Analyst within the company. Additionally, from October 1994 to March 2019, Troy contributed to the U.S. Army Reserve as a Supply Chain Management Instructor and Supply and Logistics Supervisor. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Winston-Salem State University and an MBA in Business Administration from Pfeiffer University.
