Andrey Kuropyatnyk, MBA has over 17 years of work experience in a variety of roles. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Business Analyst at Fozzy Group. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Consulting Director and Consultant at ABS Kvazar-Micro. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Senior Consultant at KPMG Ukraine. From 2008 to 2015, they worked as a Deputy Head of Division, Banking IT Systems Development Department, Deputy Head of Collection Systems Automation Division, and Senior Project Manager at Raiffeisen Bank Aval. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Process and Project Management Consultant at Ciklum. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as Chief Executive Officer at Altris AI and Altris Education. Since 2020, they have been working as Head of Digital Consulting and Engineering at Tallium Inc.

Andrey Kuropyatnyk, MBA has a comprehensive education history. Andrey obtained a Bachelor's degree in Metrology and measuring technology from Kiev National University of Technology and Design between 1998 and 2002. Andrey then went on to receive a Master's degree in Quality, standardization and certification from the same university between 2002 and 2003. After that, they completed the Ukrainian Program of Business Administration in Finance, General from International Institute of Business between 2004 and 2006. Finally, they earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business between 2016 and 2018.
