Paul Groves

Paul Groves has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Paul started their career as a Web Designer at Access Accounting in 2005, and later moved on to become the Web Manager and Team Leader at ISER - University of Essex in 2007. In 2014, they joined Barclays as a Senior Rails Developer, and then transitioned to the role of Senior Ruby Developer at Which? in 2015.

In 2017, Paul joined BCG Digital Ventures, where they held the positions of Engineering Leader (Venture CTO / Creative Engineer) from 2017 to 2020, and later became the Engineering Director from 2020 to 2022.

Currently, Paul is employed at ERA, where they started as a Software Engineer in April 2022, and is currently serving as the Head of Engineering since February 2023.

Paul Groves attended the University of Leeds from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Theatre Design and Technology.
