Melanie Mitchell

Melanie Mitchell is an accomplished engineering and delivery leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering & Delivery APAC, the Head of Operational Excellence APAC, and the Head of Business Operations SEA at Thoughtworks since August 2010. With extensive experience in project and programme management across various industries, Melanie has successfully managed large co-sourced, cross-functional teams, and led initiatives in Agile transformations, consultant care, and technology programs. Previous roles include Project Manager and Delivery Principal for clients like the UK Government, major airlines, and telecoms, demonstrating a solid track record in aligning demand and supply within complex project portfolios. Melanie holds a B.Sc. in Computing Science with a Business Minor from the University of Alberta.
