Meghan Compton

Meghan Compton is the EVP & Chief Clinic Operations Officer at Altru Health System. Meghan has held this position since January 2020. Prior to that, they were the President & CEO of Altru Health System from January 2015 to December 2019.

Meghan Compton attended the University of North Dakota School of Law, where they earned their Doctor of Law degree.
