Ilya Kleyner

Ilya Kleyner serves as the Environmental Footprinting Services Lead and Sustainability Solutions Architect Lead at Altruistiq, focusing on delivering technology infrastructure for global businesses to manage their environmental impact. Prior experience includes a role at McKinsey & Company as a Digital Jnr Engagement Manager, where Ilya defined and implemented strategies for scaling an EV charging business and received the McKinsey Gluck Knowledge Award. Other notable roles at McKinsey included digital strategy work for various startups and corporate clients. Ilya co-founded the London Blockchain Labs, the UK’s largest blockchain student hub, and previously managed operations at the UCL Centre for Blockchain Technologies. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Economics from University College London and a finance course at the London School of Economics.
