Rachael Onoja is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation, operations, and program management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Innovation & New Markets and Head of Operations at AltSchool Africa, Rachael has driven significant improvements in student enrollment and retention. Rachael previously held leadership roles at TalentQL, where strategic expansion into Rwanda and program management initiatives led to enhanced operational efficiencies and securing funding for market growth. With a strong background in education technology, Rachael's prior positions include impactful contributions at Decagon and Andela, where efforts resulted in significant numbers of learners trained in software development. Rachael holds a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science and is currently enrolled in the Stanford LEAD Business Program, focusing on Corporate Strategy & Innovation.
