Edward Nash-Steer is an experienced leader in the recruitment industry, serving as the Founder and Co-CEO of Altum Group since February 2014, where the organization focuses on promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in professional environments. Additionally, Edward Nash-Steer has been the CEO of Azura Search since May 2019, specializing in international board-level placements for executive roles. Prior experience includes Head Hunter and Interim Management at Investigo and Principal Consultant at Finance Professionals. Edward Nash-Steer holds a BEng in Product Design and Manufacture from Loughborough University, completed between 2000 and 2003.
