Mahesh Parasuraman

Mahesh Parasuraman has over two decades of experience in the investment industry. Mahesh is currently a Board Observer at Altum Credo. Prior to that, they were with ProductNation/iSPIRT, Amicus Capital Partners, and The Carlyle Group.

At The Carlyle Group, Mahesh held various positions over the years, starting as a Senior Associate in 2004 and eventually becoming Managing Director in 2015. In their role as Managing Director, they were responsible for growth capital investments ranging from US$ 30 mn to US$ 75 mn.

Before joining The Carlyle Group, Mahesh worked as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. Mahesh has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Madras University and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

Mahesh Parasuraman is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mahesh has also done a Bachelors of Commerce from Bangalore University. Mahesh is currently pursuing a career in Cost Accounting from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
