Stephen Brennan

Stephen Brennan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Stephen is currently serving as the Director of Client Compliance at Altum Group since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Technical and Legal at Trident Trust from 2020 to 2023. From 2017 to 2020, they held the position of Country Legal Counsel at Citi. Stephen also worked as a Senior Adviser in Policy at the Jersey Financial Services Commission from 2012 to 2017. Before this, they were responsible for compliance advisory and training matters at RBC in 2012. Stephen also acted as a solicitor at Voisin from 2008 to 2012 and served as the Secondee Technical Manager at Jersey Finance Limited in 2011. Their earlier experience includes roles as the Corporate Trust Manager at RBC from 2006 to 2008 and as a solicitor at Viberts from 1996 to 2006.

Stephen Brennan attended Hautlieu from 1992 to 1996, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Stephen then enrolled at The University of Wolverhampton from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with honors. Following this, Stephen Brennan attended the University of Exeter in 2001-2002 and completed a Legal Practice Course (LPC) with a focus on Law.
