Dr. Ahmed Mian

Dr. Ahmed Mian is an accomplished Emergency Physician at Humber River Hospital and University Health Network, serving since June 2012, with additional roles as Director of Medical Education, Clinician Investigator, and Treasurer of the Medical Staff Association. Dr. Mian also holds a position as Coroner for the Ontario Ministry of the Solicitor General and serves as Faculty at both the University of Toronto and Queen's University, where the role includes Assistant Professor. Contributions extend to investigative work with The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and as an Expert Opinion Provider for The Canadian Medical Protective Association. Dr. Mian has been involved in content editing with EBSCO Information Services and freelancing for Hippo Education, while consulting for Altum Health. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Ottawa, a Fellowship in Emergency Medicine from Western University, and a Masters Certification in Healthcare Leadership from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
