Sarah Leitch

Sarah Leitch is a seasoned quality specialist and program lead at Altum Health - University Health Network since August 2019, with an extensive background in clinical practice and occupational therapy. Prior experience includes serving as a clinical practice leader at University Health Network from October 2007 to July 2019, and working as an occupational therapist for D&D Disability Management, Crawford & Company, and University Health Network between 2005 and 2011. Sarah Leitch holds a Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University.
