Madeleine Valderrama has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Madeleine is the Co-Founder and CEO of Altum Lab, where they lead a team of professionals specializing in technological and innovation projects. Madeleine was selected as one of the 10 companies for the 500 Startups Global Launch Singapore Program. Additionally, Valderrama is the Co-Owner of La Dresseria, a business venture they have been involved in since 2016.

Madeleine Valderrama's education history begins in 2004 when they attended Universidad de Chile and pursued a Bachelor of Natural and Exact Sciences. The duration of this program lasted until 2005. Following this, they enrolled in Universidad de Chile again in 2006 and completed a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering with a focus on IT and Processes, which they accomplished in 2011.
In 2012, Madeleine continued their education at Universidad de Chile for a Master's degree in Business Engineering, specifically focusing on information technology project management. This program concluded in 2015.
Additionally, Madeleine has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2017, they completed the "Becoming a changemaker: Introduction to Social Innovation" course at the University of Cape Town. Madeleine later obtained the "Design Thinking for Innovation" certification from the University of Virginia in 2019.
In the same year, they acquired the "TOEIC" certification from Seminarium Certificación. Madeleine went on to receive the "Estetica Cotidiana" certification from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2021.
The most recent certification obtained by Madeleine is the "100 Mujeres Líderes 2022 Categoría Empresaria" from Mujeres Empresarias, Chile, which they achieved in November 2022.
