Nichole Thompson, MBA, SPC has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 10 years. Nichole is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Altum Solutions since March 2017. Prior to that, they worked as an Agile Coach at ALTA IT Services, LLC from May 2016 to October 2017. From November 2014 to May 2016, they worked as an Agile Coach at GovernmentCIO. Nichole also served as a Scrum Master at Collabera Inc. from July 2011 to November 2014. Nichole started their career as an Operations Analyst at Bank of America from April 2006 to July 2011.

Nichole Thompson holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Systems Management, which they obtained from Strayer University between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General, at Liberty University from 2010 to 2013. During the same period, they also earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies, General, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, both from Liberty University.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Nichole Thompson has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include the WBENC Tuck Capstone Program from Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth in October 2022, the Minority Business Enterprise Executive Management Program from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business in September 2022, and the Leadership Council Member designation from the National Small Business Association in October 2021. Nichole has also obtained certifications such as SAFe Remote Trainer from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2020, SCRUMstudy Certified Trainer (SCT) in July 2019, and ICAgile Certified Professional in June 2016, among others. Furthermore, they have certifications related to cybersecurity awareness training, including one in January 2023 from Posture and another in December 2021 from the Women's Business Enterprise National Council.
