Mikael Blomberg

Mikael Blomberg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mikael started their career at Konecranes as an R&D Trainee before becoming an R&D Engineer. Mikael then moved to ABB, where they held various positions such as Key Account Manager, Market Manager for Crane & Elevator Drives, and Market Manager focused on German machine building OEMs. Mikael eventually became a Global Product Line Manager, first for Industrial and Machinery Automation and later for Industrial Drives and Drive Integration. In these roles, they were responsible for managing product lines, leading teams, and developing portfolio strategies.

Blomberg later joined ZenRobotics Ltd., where they worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager and later as Head of Product. In these positions, they implemented the SAFe Lean Portfolio Management framework and led the company's Business Program Board. Mikael was responsible for the product offering and ensured transparency and collaboration across teams.

Most recently, Blomberg joined Altum Technologies as the Chief Customer Officer, starting in 2022.

Mikael Blomberg obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology in Automation with a minor in Industrial Economy from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan. Mikael studied at the institution from 2001 to 2009. As an exchange student, Mikael attended York University's Graduate School in 2006 and 2007, focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Interactive Systems. Prior to their university education, Mikael attended Ressun lukio from 1998 to 2001, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. Mikael has also obtained two additional certifications: Certified SAFe® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2021 and Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from the same institution in February 2021.
