Amber Porter has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Amber started their career at Texas A&M University as an Extension Assistant from June 2009 to December 2011. Amber then transitioned to Susan G. Komen, where they worked in various research-related roles, including Research Grants Administrator from August 2012 to July 2015, Research Project Manager from July 2015 to September 2018, and finally Manager, Research Grants Administration from September 2018 to December 2019. Most recently, Amber joined Altum, Inc. in December 2019 as a Client Support Analyst.
Amber Porter pursued their education at Texas A&M University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical Sciences, General. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they attended the Texas A&M Health Science Center, earning a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health Policy and Management.
