Bhargava Tej Ghatty

Bhargava Tej Ghatty has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Marketing Consultant at Media 3, where they were responsible for marketing, brand management, and client engagement. Bhargava Tej designed and launched M-Card, a discount card, and managed relationships with leading retailers.

In 2011, Bhargava joined HP as a Business Analyst in the AOL Ad-Operations and Web Analytics division. Bhargava Tej conducted market research, performed customer and market analyses, and supported the business unit with web traffic analysis using tools like Omniture SiteCatalyst and Comscore.

From 2011 to 2013, Bhargava worked at Bluefin Associates as a Sr. Marketing Analyst. Bhargava Tej led marketing efforts, including product marketing, tech audience/community marketing, digital marketing, and client communications, for Plumslice, a cloud-based software-as-a-service platform.

Bhargava then transitioned to being a Digital Consultant from 2013 to 2014, providing consulting services to early-stage startups like Visso, e-Ganesha, eMyPA, and Reflections. Bhargava Tej contributed to product planning, building, positioning, and launch, as well as executing marketing strategies.

Moving forward, Bhargava joined Pepper Square in 2014 as a Principal Consultant - Digital Solutions. Bhargava Tej managed and grew key accounts, delivered quality client services, and drove high-quality work products. Bhargava Tej partnered with clients for their digital transformation, leveraging digital solutions for business growth and customer experience.

In 2016, Bhargava co-founded Scketch, a human-centered digital agency. As the CEO and Co-founder, they oversaw various services, including UI/UX design and development, web and mobile app development, CMS and corporate website development, e-commerce portal development, and marketing automation. Bhargava Tej also led the company's tech stack, including Voice SDK, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Firebase, Angular, and React.

Most recently, Bhargava co-founded Altumind in December 2021, where they serve as the Co-founder and CEO.

Bhargava Tej Ghatty completed their schooling from Timpany School, where they studied from Class I to X for the years 1988 to 2000. Bhargava Tej then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Management (International Business) from The University of Sheffield, studying from 2007 to 2008.
