With a Master of Science in Leadership & Management from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University-San Bernardino, Julie has a strong background in recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and training.

Over the many years, Altura has focused on its Members and their needs for products and services that will help them achieve their financial dreams. Today, they serve more than 86,494 Members who are not only their Members, but their owners as well. As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, Altura Credit Union is open to anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in Riverside County, San Diego County, and selected cities in San Bernardino and Orange counties.
