Marylynn then worked as a Human Resources Generalist at American Publishing, LLC, where they established department plans and expanded the call center workforce. In 2009, they joined Animal Supply Company, LLC as a Human Resources Generalist, responsible for maintaining workers compensation processes, managing benefit programs, and leading acquisitions. Marylynn then became a Risk Management Coordinator at Animal Supply Co., overseeing safety and health programs and workers compensation insurance claims. Marylynn later served as the Director of Human Resources at The CWD Group, Inc., AAMC from 2014 to 2019. In 2020, Marylynn worked as a Payroll Systems and Compliance Manager at Western States Equipment before becoming an Employee Resource Manager at Alturas.
