Marylynn Sawyer

Marylynn Sawyer has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Marylynn started their career at Starbucks as an Assistant Manager from 2001 to 2007. Marylynn then worked as a Human Resources Generalist at American Publishing, LLC, where they established department plans and expanded the call center workforce. In 2009, they joined Animal Supply Company, LLC as a Human Resources Generalist, responsible for maintaining workers compensation processes, managing benefit programs, and leading acquisitions. Marylynn then became a Risk Management Coordinator at Animal Supply Co., overseeing safety and health programs and workers compensation insurance claims. Marylynn later served as the Director of Human Resources at The CWD Group, Inc., AAMC from 2014 to 2019. Marylynn joined Clearwater Analytics as a Payroll Benefits Specialist in 2019 and Guidant Financial as a Payroll Benefits Manager in the same year. In 2020, Marylynn worked as a Payroll Systems and Compliance Manager at Western States Equipment before becoming an Employee Resource Manager at Alturas. Throughout their career, they demonstrated expertise in human resources, payroll, benefits management, risk management, and employee relations.

Marylynn Sawyer attended Boise State University from 2001 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Management and Human Resources. In May 2019, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
