Alan Preston

Alan Preston serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Altus ACE, LLC since January 2019, overseeing the organization's success and exceeding expectations as an ACO and MSO. As the Founder and CEO of E=(MC)3 since July 2009, Alan Preston has focused on transforming healthcare companies into high-performing entities, addressing managed care, physician practices, hospitals, and healthcare policy. Alan Preston also holds a history of academic involvement as a Professor from January 2011 to June 2015, teaching Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Policy, and management courses at Texas A&M University. Previously, Alan Preston founded and served as CEO of Synergyst Research, which aids doctors in participating in clinical drug trials, and was the President of Gonzaba Medical Group, a leading medical practice in San Antonio. Alan Preston has earned a Ph.D. in Public Health with a focus on Health Services Research, as well as a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Tulane University.
