Aqil Maknojia, MHA

Aqil Maknojia has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2021, they joined Altus ACE, LLC as the Director of Network Operations. Prior to this, they worked at Altus ACE from 2017 to 2021, where they held the position of Practice Integration Manager. In this role, they provided support for EMR/PM related systems, led the deployment of ACE Health Reports, and actively participated in the provider onboarding process. Aqil also responded to customer issues and change requests, conducted internal team education sessions, and managed HL7 integration with EMR vendors.

From 2013 to 2021, they worked at Altus Health, where they initially served as a Coordinator, HIT Initiatives, before being promoted to the role of Senior Coordinator. In these positions, they played a key role in managing EMR rollouts, developing strategic marketing plans, ensuring physicians met Meaningful Use criteria, and overseeing the implementation of Materials Management software. Aqil also conducted business and clinical systems analysis and led the deployment of ACE Health Reports and provider-facing tools.

Prior to working at Altus Health, Aqil Maknojia worked at Ibn Sina Community Medical Center as a Marketing/Outreach Coordinator, where they were responsible for producing budgets and forecast models, providing financial support and analysis, and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.

Aqil began their career as an Intern at Brazos Area Health Education Center, where they gained experience in preparing presentations, completing spreadsheets, and assisting with various events.

In addition to their work experience, Aqil Maknojia has demonstrated expertise in EMR/PM systems, provider integration, customer support, and project management.

Aqil Maknojia, MHA, completed their education in a chronological order starting from 2003 to 2011. Aqil first attended Baylor University from 2003 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Education with a field of study focusing on Community Health. Following this, they enrolled in the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 2009 to 2011, earning a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration.
