Michael Mumma

Michael Mumma has worked in the Human Resources and Compliance industry since 2005. Michael began their career as a Technical Recruiter for TEKsystems in 2005. In 2007, they moved on to become the Director of Recruiting for i3solutions. In 2008, they became a Client Facing Recruiter for Booz Allen Hamilton. From 2009 to 2012, they were a Research Analyst for HRT Partnership. Michael has been the Manager of HR & Compliance for Altus ACE, LLC since 2017.

Michael Mumma obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from the University of Virginia between 2001 and 2005. Michael then attended Lewis and Clark Law School from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.). In February 2021, they obtained a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
