Cormac Ryan

Cormac Ryan is an experienced professional in the construction and cost consultancy sectors, currently serving as Associate Director at Altus Group since October 2008. Ryan has held various positions at Altus Group, including Associate and Senior Cost Consultant, managing and coordinating multiple projects across diverse sectors with budgets ranging from under $100,000 to $1 billion. Prior to this, Ryan gained valuable skills as a Quantity Surveyor at Bruce Shaw Partnership from 2004 to 2008, working on major projects valued up to €500 million. Ryan holds a BSc (Hons) in Construction Economics and Management from Limerick Institute of Technology, completed between 2002 and 2006.
