Kunal Arora

Kunal Arora is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in employee relations and HR management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Human Resources at Tata Consumer Products since September 2019, Kunal has held progressive HR roles including Senior Manager HR & ER and Corporate ER Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Factory HR Manager at Nestlé, Employee Relations Manager at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, and Manager-ER at Tata Motors. Kunal began a career in HR at Reliance Industries Ltd as Manager-HR and briefly served as Assistant Manager-HR/Operations at BVG India Ltd. Kunal holds an MBA in Human Resource from Bharati Vidyapeeth and a certification in HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak.
