Raymond Wong

Raymond Wong, CRE has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Raymond currently serves as the Vice President of Data Solutions Client Delivery at Altus Group, where they work closely with both internal and external clients to provide market information and key trends. Raymond also holds the role of Vice President of Data Operations at Altus Group, responsible for the strategic development and day-to-day operations of the Data Solutions Research Team. Prior to their current positions, Raymond was the National Director of Research at CBRE Canada and held various leadership roles at CBRE and Royal LePage Commercial, where they managed and coordinated research activities and interacted with clients regarding real estate information and trends. Raymond's expertise and experience in the industry make him a valuable asset in delivering high-quality research and analysis to clients. Additionally, they serve as an Advisory Council Member for the Real Estate Management Department of Ryerson University and has also served on the Board of Directors at OSCRE International.

Raymond Wong, CRE obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989.
