Stephen Ngai

Stephen Ngai serves as the Director of Cost Consulting & Project Management at Altus Group, a position held since April 2017. With extensive expertise in cost management across various public and private sector projects, Stephen's experience encompasses residential developments, office buildings, hotels, educational institutions, industrial complexes, sports facilities, government housing, and civil infrastructure. Prior to this role, Stephen was the Director of Cost Consulting at Altus Page Kirkland from June 1996 to March 2017, demonstrating a strong background in the real estate industry with skills in cost management, quantity surveying, procurement, real estate development, feasibility studies, and commercial management. Stephen holds a Graduate Diploma in Design Science from the University of Sydney and has academic credentials from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
