Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Altus Biologics is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of key initiatives related to in-office infusion therapy services. This includes managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects align with the company's goal of providing exceptional patient care. Team members, including the Information Technology Project Manager, Systems Product Owner, and Senior Project Manager, collaborate to implement system enhancements, streamline processes, and support the integration of new technologies and practices within physicians' offices.
