Thomas Schnabel, CPA, MSA, is an experienced accounting professional with a diverse background in property accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and financial services. Since April 2016, Thomas has served as Assistant Controller at Altus Properties, overseeing accrual-based accounting for multiple properties in St. Louis and Minnesota. Prior to this role, Thomas held positions at SunEdison and Perficient, focusing on pre-acquisition analysis and post-acquisition integration, respectively. Additional experience includes roles as Staff Accountant and Finance Director, as well as providing tax preparation services on a part-time basis. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Fontbonne University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
