Jason Hudnall has more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, consulting, and IT leadership. Hudnall, AVP of GEO markets, will lead [Perficient](/org/perficient)’s Southern California, Denver, Ohio, Atlanta, and Charlotte GEO markets. Hudnall will have responsibility for delivering digital solutions across the entire [Perficient](/org/perficient) portfolio that help clients gain faster speed-to-market capabilities and create stronger, more compelling experiences for their consumers.

Bill Davis is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at [Perficient](/org/perficient). Bill has over 20 years of experience in media, marketing, and sales. 

Davis began their career in 1995 as a Sales Account Executive for the Suburban Journals. Bill then became a Media Marketing/Sales Consultant for the Ladue News in 1997. In 1998, they were promoted to International Travel Director for Intrav, Inc. 

In 1999, Davis co-founded GlobalStreams.com, Inc., where they served as the Chief Marketing Officer. Bill was successful in co-founding, building, managing, and selling the high-technology media company, which employed 18 people full-time. Bill also raised $1.5 million in venture capital from angel, seed, and institutional investors. In 2000, the company was nominated for Fast Forward Magazine's "Top 30 under 30" in St. Louis and was honored by LocalBusiness.com as "Top 50 to Watch". In December 2000, Davis negotiated the sale of the company, which delivered both cash and equity value to shareholders and preserved all employee jobs. The acquiring entity subsequently raised $32 million in venture capital as "GlobalStreams". 

From December 2000 to December 2002, Davis served as the Director of Marketing for GlobalStreams, Inc., which was purchased by PSMG. Bill then joined [Perficient](/org/perficient) in 2004, where they have been serving as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the past 16

Patrick Schwierking is the Vice President of Sales and North America East Region at [Perficient](/org/perficient). Patrick has been with the company since 1998 and in their current role, they are responsible for leading the GEO based Sales Team in the Eastern US along with the Financial Services Industry Sales Team. Patrick partners with General Managers to establish GTM strategies in each respective market and is responsible for hiring, on-boarding, coaching and mentoring the Sales Team. Patrick supports new client acquisition and existing customer expansion representing the company's full portfolio of capabilities with over $100m in annual sales.

Previously, Patrick was the Business Development Executive at [Perficient](/org/perficient) where they were responsible for building trusted partnerships with Michigan and Northwest Ohio based companies that increase enterprise value for all parties involved. Patrick worked with a group of IT professionals committed to producing significant accomplishments for our clients that exceed the current standards set in the marketplace.

Patrick is committed to [Perficient](/org/perficient) and our Customer's and leverages our full portfolio of technical capabilities and business knowledge to design meaningful, relevant and valuable offers tailor made to satisfy our fundamental and specific business concerns. Our primary focus is large-scale systems integration and custom software development leveraging the most powerful software brands available in the industry.

Michael Zucker is the Vice President of Information Technology at [Perficient](/org/perficient). Michael has over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry, including previous positions as the Chief Information Officer at [Clayco](/org/clayco) and the Vice President of Technology Services at Sisters of Mercy Health System.

At [Perficient](/org/perficient), Michael is responsible for providing overall strategic and technical vision, partnering with businesses to understand challenges and identify technology needs, developing and implementing application technologies, building and managing budgets, assessing outsourcing arrangements, focusing on talent and team development, creating and maintaining information security programs, and driving vendor contracting and negotiations.

Michael is a strong leader who motivates and inspires their team to achieve success.

Santhosh Nair is the Vice President of Business Applications at [Perficient](/org/perficient). Santhosh has held this position since January of 2013. Prior to this, they were the General Manager of Oracle EPM at [Perficient](/org/perficient). Santhosh has also served as the Director of Operations for Oracle EPM at [Perficient](/org/perficient) and as the VP of Professional Services at Kerdock.

Cameron Walbert is the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at [Perficient](/org/perficient). Prior to joining [Perficient](/org/perficient), Ms. Walbert was a Senior IT Business Partner at Mercy from November 2017 to June 2021, where they provided legal counsel to the Vendor Management Office within Mercy Technology Services. Ms. Walbert has experience with review and negotiation of a wide variety of agreements, including software licensing agreements, service level agreements (SLA), master service agreements (MSA), master technology agreements (MTA), SaaS agreements, hosting agreements, professional services agreements (PSA), statements of work (SOW), master lease agreements (MLA), end user license agreements (EULA), maintenance and support agreements, data migration agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDA). Prior to their time at Mercy, Ms. Walbert served as a legal department extern at TKC Holdings, Inc. from January 2017 to April 2017.

Cameron Walbert graduated from [Lindenwood University](/org/lindenwood-university) with a BS in Business Administration and then went on to earn their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Saint Louis University School of Law. Cameron is currently a member of the Missouri Bar and is certified by the Missouri Board of Law Examiners.

Prakash Chembai has more than 25 years of experience across global sales, marketing, and operations, previously leading efforts to establish [Perficient](/org/perficient)’s global delivery center in Chennai, India. Chembai, AVP of India global delivery operations, will now lead the global delivery teams across all three offices in Chennai, Nagpur, and Bangalore, providing systems and software development, testing, and support. In this executive role, Chembai will have responsibility for delivering optimized global delivery solutions that leverage an Agile methodology to help lower delivery costs and maintain high quality.

Mary-Beth Ostasz is a 25-year veteran in technology consulting, playing a significant role in founding [Perficient](/org/perficient)’s domestic delivery center in Lafayette, La. Ostasz, AVP of U.S. and China global delivery and management consulting, will continue to lead [Perficient](/org/perficient)’s domestic delivery capabilities in addition to offshore delivery in Hangzhou, China. She will provide resources to scale client projects and speed time to market. Ostasz will also lead [Perficient](/org/perficient)’s management consulting practice with responsibility for helping clients connect strategy, technology, and design to deliver transformative results.

Glenn Kline has built a 20-year career with [Perficient](/org/perficient) where he has helped enterprise clients solve complex problems through custom solution development. Kline, AVP of custom development and mobile solutions, will now lead a centralized practice developing custom product, software, application, and mobile solutions. Kline will have responsibility for delivering custom web and platform solutions using modern open-source frameworks and technologies, including React, Angular, Node, and Java.

Glenn Kline

Jeff Davis is chairman, president and chief executive officer for [Perficient](/org/perficient). As CEO, Jeff leads daily business operations, and directs the development and execution of the company's global growth strategy and initiatives. Jeff joined the company as chief operating officer in 2001. He was promoted to president in 2003 and was named chief executive officer and appointed to the Board of Directors in 2009.

Jeff has a strong technology management and consulting background, with a blend of more than 25 years of experience working at Big Four as well as entrepreneurial firms. Leading a team of tenured executives, Jeff oversees all [Perficient](/org/perficient) business groups and functional disciplines including marketing, sales and client delivery. Jeff has played a central role in [Perficient](/org/perficient)’s dramatic growth, managing the company’s organic expansion and leading [Perficient](/org/perficient)'s M&A program, including the integration and assimilation of acquired businesses.

Under Jeff's leadership, [Perficient](/org/perficient) consistently has delivered operating metrics among the industry's best and has been routinely recognized with high-profile partner, industry and growth and performance awards, including being named the 15th-fastest growing public company in the United States by Fortune in 2007. Before Vertecon, Jeff was a senior manager and member of the leadership team in Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting Practice, where he was responsible for defining and managing internal processes, while managing business development and delivery of all products, services and solutions to a number of large accounts. Jeff also served in leadership positions at Ernst and Young, LLP in the Management Consulting practice and in industry at Boeing, Inc. and Mallinckrodt, Inc.

Jeff is an active member of the board of directors of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of St. Louis and a member of the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business advisory board. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri.
