Brandon Orenstein has held various retail management positions throughout their career. Brandon started as an HR intern and executive assistant at Barneys New York in 2005. From there, they progressed to assistant department manager and department manager roles within Barneys New York, with responsibilities in women's COOP shoes, women's salon shoes, and men's contemporary sportswear. In 2012, they became a store manager at rag and bone, and the following year, they became an area manager at Joie Equipment Current/Elliott. In 2013, they served as the director of retail at Derek Lam before moving on to be the retail manager at Edie Parker in 2017. Their most recent position is as the head of retail at ALTUZARRA starting in November 2019.
Brandon Orenstein attended McGill University from 2002 to 2006. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing and Organizational Behavior.

Altuzarra received a minority investment from Kering in September 2013. ABOUT JOSEPH ALTUZARRA Born and raised in Paris, Joseph Altuzarra has been keenly interested in the transformative power of fashion since a young age. His multicultural upbringing and keen interest in different facets of culture, including film, literature and crafts are key influences throughout his collections. Since the launch of Altuzarra in 2008, Joseph has received numerous accolades for his work, from Forbes’ 30 Under 30, Swarovski Award for Womenswear Design, as well as Business of Fashion’s #BoF500. In 2014, Joseph was named by the Council of Fashion Designers America as the Womenswear Designer of the Year and in 2017, Accessories’ Council’s Accessories Designer of the Year.
